 RAYS will have a monthly workshops and seminars to empower and educate young people on various topics relating to gender equality. We will inspire them especially young girls and women to become leaders in the world and giving a voice to the voiceless. We will conduct free workshops providing resourses at deprived villages/suburban area where kids (boys and girls)  develop the skills to succeed in this competitive world. 

Thematic Areas

Women empowerment - The organization is working for women empowerment since the beginning. The activities involve gender awareness and empowerment of women and men on social, economic, personal and political dimensions. Some of the activities include, 

The Foundation conduct several seminars; and workshops in free of cost, towards the wider objective of women empowerment, personality development through gender sensitization

To run workshops in universities on “Gender Equity and Inclusion: Transformative Pathways in Higher Education “

To run workshops in schools on ‘unlearning patriarchy in everyday life

Formation of exclusive women and men groups in slum areas of cities.

Education – Non-Formal Education to Slum Children: Initiative to Enhance their Life Chances Through Learning and Employability Skills

Some of the activities include

The educational activities of the organization focus on primary education to slum children particularly the marginalized section. In addition to that our Ngo also focuses on financial education and health/drug  education

Social activism –

For any progress awareness is preconditioned. RAYS is going to engage youth of realizing its mission and actualizing its vision. Youths are full of energy, idealism and discontent but not certain about the ends . RAYS will guide and provide the platform where youth can use their fullest potential to the betterment of society.

Target Population

Young people, ages, 10-40 in Delhi and its suburban area
